La-spca Brunch Fest Nola Postponed, But National Puppy Day Goes On

... of. You're in it for the long haul.". To help raise awareness and money, the LA-SPCA holds events and fundraisers throughout the year. One such event is Brunch Fest NOLA. The festival was, which was scheduled for March 25, has been postponed until April 22 due to concerns about the weather this weekend. The family-friendly fest will feature, food, drink and, of course, adoptable pets. It will be held at the Crescent Park, near the Mandeville wharf area, overlooking the Mississippi River. "You can come and enjoy brunch and adopt a furry friend," she said. The event includes a raffle with the prize of a Brunch Fest NOLA Puppy and Kitten Party , which includes food and drink and lots of puppies and kittens. How else can you help the LA-SPCA take care of stray and unwanted cats, dogs and rabbits. Adopt a pet : Visit Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. Donate : Financial gifts are always welcome.
